Haiti
1.5 million are still homeless after the January earthquake that struck Haiti. On our last trip we witnessed children roaming the streets with no parents, no electricity and a desperation of help.
Rebuilding homes for families that are homeless is a need that must be fulfilled. Rainy season is here and most have nothing but a sheet for a roof and nothing to stop the flow of water to reach where they sleep. Please consider partnering with us and our brothers and sisters in Haiti that need a home.
Supplying energy is another project that we have teamed up with one of our partners on. One of our partners created the Renewable power box or RPB. This energy box will give families energy to cook, boil water, charge cell phones and also give them a limited amount of power at night to have light. The cost to make one of these R.P.B. is $500. Real Change will come when the locals see their local Church leading the way by helping the ones in need. Our job is to encourage, financially support, train and believe that good days are ahead for Haiti.
You or your group will have an opportunity to bring the Love of God. You will work with the local Church, holding a V.B.S. for children, evangelize, teach, preach, construct a house, install RPB (Solar Power) being a blessing, bringing encouragement and serving them to lead the way.
Please consider partnering with us to reach Haiti meeting both spiritual and physical needs.
$7 a month can change a families life!
This will help with the ongoing rebuilding of homes and other needs in Haiti through out the year.
